I visited the SmileDirectClub at Tower Bridge in London for my first appointment in search of a perfect smile…
Like me, you may have seen numerous adverts across social media, the TV and in print about SmileDirectClub – if you have any concerns with your teeth you may be intrigued to find out more.
Once you have discovered them the voice in your head is leaping for joy… a treatment that can sort your teeth without any invasive surgery – surely not?
I popped down to the Smile Shop at Tower Bridge to investigate further.
The Smile Shop
When I arrived, after signing in, I was led to a consultancy room overlooking Tower Bridge (what a view)!
Beth my consultant was amazing. First of all she explained everything to me in detail and the steps of the treatment.
Then she created a 3D image of my teeth to see exactly what’s going on and how they could align my smile.
I was told if my smile could be rectified I would receive an email with the next steps.
Once I had signed up I would then receive a large box with my treatment plan and aligners within it. No need to keep visiting the dentist and no surgery! It’s all planned out for you by the professionals.
How can you improve your smile?
There are two easy ways to make a 3D image: you can visit a SmileShop for a scan like me, or you can build it from the impression with a remote impression kit.
Your 3D smile is reviewed by a UK registered dentist or orthodontist, who will guide your new smile from beginning to end – with a treatment plan that lasts, on average, 4-6 months.
